Kitchen Remodel

MOD Construction completed a stunning kitchen remodel, combining modern design elements with natural beauty. The space features sleek light wood cabinetry and high-end appliances, complemented by large picture windows that flood the kitchen with natural light and offer breathtaking mountain and lake views.

A prominent feature is the expansive central island with a pristine Mia Gold quartz countertop, creating an elegant focal point for both cooking and entertaining. The island is paired with minimalist black handles that enhance the modern aesthetic, while the subtle veining in the countertops adds texture without overwhelming the clean lines of the design.

The bar seating area near the windows allows for casual dining with a view, featuring streamlined wood chairs with upholstered seats. Warm lighting from large, contemporary pendant lights softens the space, making it inviting for both intimate meals and large gatherings. A tiled backsplash in soothing blue-green tones brings an earthy contrast to the modern lines and ties the natural surroundings into the design.

MOD Construction transformed this basement into a cozy and functional living space. The basement features a compact yet stylish kitchenette, boasting a butcher block countertop with a chevron pattern that adds warmth and visual interest. A sleek, metallic glass-tile backsplash provides a modern contrast to the natural wood countertop, while white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances keep the space feeling open and contemporary.

The bathroom showcases a sophisticated design, featuring a pebble-textured floor that offers both style and a spa-like ambiance. The vanity's dark wood cabinet contrasts beautifully with the bright white countertop and large mirror, which enhances the room’s depth. Modern fixtures and a glass-enclosed shower complete the elegant, serene atmosphere.

The first project showcases a modern, streamlined water feature with sleek, geometric shapes that guide the water’s flow over smooth stones, creating a minimalist yet striking focal point. This design blends seamlessly with contemporary patios and garden paths. Another project features a water feature integrated into the patio area, with a calming reflection pool bordered by clean lines, perfectly complementing the surrounding seating space and providing a serene retreat.

West Valley Landscape Renovation

This backyard transformation turned a neglected, overgrown space into a vibrant outdoor retreat. The original yard was cluttered with deteriorating fencing, broken concrete, and unmanaged brush that left the area feeling closed off and unusable. Our team began with a full clean-up and demolition of failing structures, followed by grading and preparation to create a functional, inviting layout. The focus was on opening up the yard, improving flow, and laying the foundation for a space that would feel both comfortable and intentional.

The finished landscape blends structure and greenery to create a backyard sanctuary. We installed a flagstone patio with a custom pergola for shade and outdoor living, along with defined planting beds that bring color and texture year-round. A new greenhouse and potting shed provide practical space for gardening enthusiasts, while trellises and pathways add both utility and charm. MOD Construction designs and builds custom putting greens tailored to golfers of all skill levels.
